Order Processing: At Champ Aura, orders are created and fulfilled with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, created, and fulfilled. Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After your order is shipped, our trusted carrier partners—such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail—will handle your delivery. Rest assured, you’ll be able to track your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Limitations: Our Focus is You

At Champ Aura, we strive to reach champions across the globe, but there are a few locations we can’t ship to due to legal restrictions or shipping limitations. Though these rules are out of our hands, our commitment to you remains unshaken.

As the world changes, this list may shift, but for now, we are unable to ship to the following areas:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

We may be limited in where we ship, but the champion mentality knows no boundaries. Stay with us—together, we rise.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is made incorrectly. If there are printing issues or the product is damaged, please contact us with photos of the item. If the error is determined to be on our end, we will offer you compensation. You’ll have the choice of either a reshipment of the same product and size or a refund. No return of the item is necessary.
